  • Increase commitment and loyalty in the team.

Outstanding Leadership in the 5.0 Technology Revolution training is designed for you if you are a Manager, Leader, Specialist, Expert and you are willing to:

  • Build trust and loyalty within the team.
  • Motivate internally and lead effectively.
  • Present ideas in an inspiring and engaging way.
  • Develop emotional intelligence and mental resilience.
  • Manage experts and avoid communication resistance.

Over the last 5 years, we have experienced many changes, often unheard of so far, in management and in the economy. Currently, experts and management managers in the 5.0 revolution are struggling with difficulties in connecting people around the idea of organization, facing the problem of low sense of responsibility, loyalty, motivation and commitment of employees and dispersed teams. These trends further intensified during the COVID – 19 pandemic, after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine and during increased inflation. Moreover, due to the political and economic situation requiring high mental resilience, as well as intergenerational differences, communication and good cooperation between colleagues have become even more complex.

At the same time, mental health has always been an inherent and important aspect of both private and professional life. However, over the last ten years we have noticed that more and more people are struggling with mental disorders, which translates into lower work efficiency and increased conflicts in teams. We are experiencing the phenomenon of „era depression” – lifestyle disease, which according to WHO in 2017 was the fourth most frequently diagnosed disease entity, and by 2030 it is to become the most common, number one lifestyle disease in adults and children.
Good mental condition and resistance to stress are also crucial at work, but their level also depends on the political and economic situation, the ongoing 5.0 revolution, neurodiversity and intergenerational and communication differences. Therefore, cooperation between employees has become even more complex and difficult to develop.

The main threats in the actual situation are:

  • Low social and personal competences, including communication,
  • Burnout,
  • Depression as a lifestyle disease (currently the fourth most serious disease in the world. In 2030 it will be No. 1 disease of civilization),
  • Only 3% of Polish managers have a high level of emotional intelligence (which will become one of the key management competences because artificial intelligence reduces the importance of technical competences),
  • Loss of “sense of work” – low level of employee motivation,
  • Management of „gold collars”, e.g. experts and specialists who have high-level knowledge, often greater than their superiors,
  • Intergenerational cooperation,
  • Low level of employee loyalty – distributed teams, remote work.

In response to the above problems, we have created a series of practical workshops dedicated to all managers and experts for whom it is important to:

  • Shaping a friendly working environment,
  • Mental health care,
  • Supporting employees in important problems that arouse interest in modern life,
  • Building the healthy mental condition of an adult.

Our training, based on 20 years of experience, is divided into 12 independent modules.

  • We work based on global standards and international proficiency criteria. Good training leads to higher achievements at individual level, in the workplace and throughout the organization. The ability to learn faster than the competition may be the company’s only lasting competitive advantage.

  • We are guided by an individual approach to potential, as we have so far indicated in the training process in the participants’ personal strategies.
