The question is: which ones?

If Industry 5.0 positions technology as a force in the service of humans, the most valuable leadership competencies are likely those that support collaboration, enable mutual understanding, and sustain a sense of purpose. In this context, competencies located at the intersection of motivation psychology, communication, psycholinguistics, and philosophical reflection may become particularly important—especially in the area of coherently aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
