During the training, you also develop skills in following the client’s lead, helping them solve problems, and opening up possibilities.

The Coaching Skills training is dedicated to trainees, who already graduated from NLP Practicioner.

The Coaching Skills training is a process through which you gain knowledge, skills, professional tools, and communication techniques that enable you to conduct effective coaching sessions. During the training, you also develop skills in following the client’s lead, helping them solve problems, and opening up possibilities.

Coaching skills training is designed for you if you:

  • Are willing to start working as professional Coach.
  • Want to deepen and develop your own exceptional communication skills – both in professional and personal life.
  • Are a Manager, Leader and coach who wish to implement even more effective changes in their organizations and teams.
  • Are seeking effective tools for better communication, emotion management, relationship building and motivation based on deep linguistic structures.

During Coaching skills training:

  • As a certified coach, you are prepared to conduct effective coaching sessions.
  • You have a wide “range of tools” to implement change for the client.
  • You help solve a problem important to the client using their own methods.
  • You do not advise, judge, or suggest what the client should or should not do.
  • As a Coach, you help everyone gather their life’s achievements and choose what was best, most effective. To improve it, strengthen it, and translate it into their great future.

The training consists of twelve units, each lasting three days. The entire process lasts twelve months, making the learning effective and providing time for practical implementation of acquired skills.

UNITS:
1. What is coaching and what is it not? Principles and ethics of a Coach’s work.
2. Building a Coach’s attitude and working with the Metamodel and linguistic patterns of Milton H. Erickson.
3. Assumptions and the double bind loop in communication.
4. Linguistic structures such as: complex equivalence or nominalizations.
5. Structure for creating effective coaching.
6. The art of asking questions that open up possibilities for the client.
7. Working on the future and proper goal formulation.
8. Reframing structure.
9. Independent coaching sessions, supervision, and feedback.
10. Independent coaching sessions, supervision, and feedback.
11. Independent coaching sessions, supervision, and feedback.
12. Workshop summary and conclusion, and certificate presentation.

The entire course costs PLN 18.000,00 (minus the reservation fee).

There is also an option to pay in four installments of PLN 1500,00 each.

Terms and conditions for participation in the training:
1. The training consists of 12 units and is performed on the following dates:
Unit 1: 15th, 16th of November 2025
Unit 2: 6th, 7th of December 2025
Unit 3: 17th, 18th of January 2026
Unit 4: 14th, 15th of February 2026
Unit 5: 14th, 15th of March 2026

Unit 8: 13th, 14th of June 2026
Unit 9: 11th, 12th of July 2026
Unit 10: 8th, 9th of August 2026
Unit 11: 12th, 13th of September 2026

2. It is not possible to take individual training modules.
3. Each training module lasts 2 days, approximately consists of 8 hours and starts at 9am on Saturday morning.
4. Training takes place: stationary in Warsaw (23 Hiacyntowa St., 05-077 Warsaw) and online.
5. The price of the entire training, which consists of 12 modules equals: PLN 18 000,00.
6. The training reservation fee is PLN 500,00 and must be paid to reserve a place in the training. The reservation fee must be paid before the training begins.
7. The final training price is reduced by the reservation fee.
8. There is an option to pay for the training in 12 installments of PLN 1,500.00 each. Each installment must be paid before the next training module.
9. The training begins on November 15, 2025 at 9:00 AM and ends on October 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
