In the technological world, it’s no longer enough just to speak – you also need to be understood. The “Communication Engineering in Technological Revolution 5.0” training is a practical communication workshop that teaches how to communicate effectively in a technological environment, how to overcome language barriers and resistance, understand the other side’s way of thinking, improve cooperation, and build synergy despite intercultural or intergenerational differences.

Our “Communication Engineering in Revolution 5.0” training, based on 20 years of experience, has been designed for all managers, experts, and specialists who want to achieve success faster and on a larger scale during the technological revolution 5.0. The program is divided into 4 independent modules that cover the most important aspects of effective communication:

UNITS

Unit 1: Communication Strategies in IT

  • How to speak to be understood?
  • How does the mind work and how do we process information?
  • Effectively setting and communicating goals
  • Bypassing the interlocutor’s resistance by adapting to their communication style

Unit 2: Motivation and Mechanisms of Action.

  • How do people make decisions and what motivates them?
  • Recognizing behavioral patterns and action styles
  • Working with resistance and activating team potential
  • Metaprograms: motivational mechanisms – “maps” of thinking in communication with IT

Unit 3: Task Communication and Influence.

  • Feedback that doesn’t hurt and effectively introduces change in the management cycle
  • Communication through results – the language of achieving goals
  • Enforcing tasks and managing expectations

Unit 4: language patterns and opening questions.

  • Metamodel patterns – precise diagnosis of statements
  • Milton Erickson’s Model – the language of influence and change
  • Assumptions of the mind and the effectiveness of questions and messages.

The entire course costs PLN 3.600,00 (minus the reservation fee).

There is also an option to pay in four installments of PLN 900,00 each.

In case of a one-time payment for the entire training the total cost of the training is equal to PLN 3.300,00.

The price includes:

  • training materials,
  • certificate of completion,
  • follow-up after training (2 individual online meetings with a trainer).

Terms and conditions for participation in the training:
1. The training consists of 4 units.
2. It is not possible to participate in individual training units.
3. Each training module lasts 1 day, consists of 6 hours.
4. Training takes place: stationary in Warsaw and online. The exact address of the in-person training will be confirmed one week before the first training module.
5. The price of the entire training, which consists of 4 units equals: PLN 3600,00.
6. The reservation fee for training is: PLN 500,00 and it must be paid to reserve a place for training. The reservation fee must be paid before the start of the training.
7. The final price of the training is reduced by the reservation fee.
8. Payment for the training is possible in 4 installments of PLN 900,00 each. Each installment must be paid before the next training module. In the case of a one-time fee before the first training module, the fee for the entire training is: PLN 3300,00.
9. The next training starts in the second quarter of 2026. The exact dates and time of each module of the training will be confirmed one week prior to the first module of the training.
