The “Communication Engineering in Technological Revolution 5.0” training is a practical communication workshop that teaches how to communicate effectively in a technological environment, how to overcome language barriers and resistance, understand the other side’s way of thinking, improve cooperation, and build synergy despite intercultural or intergenerational differences.

Training program
Our “Communication Engineering in Revolution 5.0” training, based on 20 years of experience, has been designed for all managers, experts, and specialists who want to achieve success faster and on a larger scale during the technological revolution 5.0. The program is divided into 4 independent modules that cover the most important aspects of effective communication:
Modules:
Module 1: Communication Strategies in IT
- How to speak to be understood?
- How does the mind work and how do we process information?
- Effectively setting and communicating goals
- Bypassing the interlocutor’s resistance by adapting to their communication style
Module 2: Motivation and Mechanisms of Action
- How do people make decisions and what motivates them?
- Recognizing behavioral patterns and action styles
- Working with resistance and activating team potential
- Metaprograms: motivational mechanisms – “maps” of thinking in communication with IT
Module 3: Task Communication and Influence
- Feedback that doesn’t hurt and effectively introduces change in the management cycle
- Communication through results – the language of achieving goals
- Enforcing tasks and managing expectations
Module 4: Language patterns and open-ended questions
- Metamodel patterns – precise diagnosis of statements
- Milton Erickson’s Model – the language of influence and change
- Assumptions of the mind and the effectiveness of questions and messages.
Price and organization of the training
Duration: 4 modules, each module lasts 6 hours (one day per month – total 24 teaching hours)
Format: in-person or online (to be arranged)
Group: maximum 8 people
Price: 900 PLN net (+ VAT) per training module. The entire training is 3300 PLN net if the full amount is paid.
